Provisions - All original artwork remains the sole property of Parker Studios Inc and All Rights Reserved.  Concepting fees are for hourly services only and does not include purchase of any original artwork.  High resolution digital files are electronically provided for all client concept needs.  Concept imaging credits in any publication or presentation materials are appreciated but not required.

Scheduling project time with Parker Studios Inc. can be individually reserved depending on the scope of each client's requirements and schedule.  All projects above a certain scope will require a 50% deposit retainer to be received before the start of work.  This includes all first time clients.  All invoiced balances are due within ten days of receipt of final invoice.  5% of balance due over ten days will be assessed as a monthly late fee until paid in full.
